As a program, our mission is to enrich local communities and outreach to global communities. Through our program, we aim to empower young children and provide families with a community sustained by core Christian values. All funds generated by the program are sent to missionaries in Chile.

Spanish for Kids
Founded with the desire to provide a critical need in the missionary community, Spanish for Kids aimed to provide Spanish language lessons to contribute to the need for Spanish-speaking missionaries. Over time, the program shifted from a offering one class to multiple. Throughout the duration of running Spanish for Kids, the Jerrycan Library donated hundreds of books to Uganda.
What Happened to Spanish for Kids?
Spanish for Kids ran for eight years, evolving from teaching only Spanish Classes to offering several enriching activities for children to enjoy. Covid-19 brought the program to a sudden halt, but the program was never forgotten. Spanish for Kids has many testimonies that attest to the joy the program was able to bring for the tight-knit community that was grown over time.
